I am having trouble logging in - Please help

Sometimes difficulty logging in is just a matter of going to "Forgot your password" on the login page and following the prompts. Again, remember that your password should be at least 8 characters long with a lower and uppercase letter along with a number (or symbol). If this hasn't helped, please email us back with as many details as you can provide. For example, which device are you trying to use, how far can you get in registering/logging in, what does the site say when you "get stuck", etc. We will keep working to help you!
